SolRoyale — Terms of Service & End User Licence Agreement
1. Agreement
By installing or using SolRoyale (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated by Antcat1337 (“we”, “us”). These terms are also the end user licence agreement (EULA) for the app software; section 13 is the licence itself.
2. Who may play
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
- You must not be in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where wagering of this kind is prohibited. Working out whether that includes you is your responsibility, not ours, and local law beats anything written here.
- You must not be subject to sanctions or on a restricted-persons list. The service refuses new rounds from countries under comprehensive sanctions, and may add others where it is told this kind of wagering is not allowed; that refusal does not make anywhere else permitted.
- You must use your own wallet, and play for yourself.
- The first time you open the app you confirm, by ticking a box, that all of the above is true and that you accept these terms and the privacy policy. The app cannot be used until you do.
3. What the app actually is
Six games, all settled by programs on the Solana blockchain:
- Coin Flip and Tower Duel and Blackjack — one player against another, both staking the same amount; the winner takes the pot minus the platform fee.
- Fortune Wheel and The Mine and Lottery — pooled rounds, where the prize is funded by the other players' stakes.
The rules of each game are shown inside the app on that game's screen and are enforced by the on-chain program, not by us. You are playing against other players, not against the house: our programs never take a side of a bet on the live network.
4. Non-custodial: your keys, your funds, your risk
- We never hold, control or have access to your private key, your seed phrase or your funds.
- Every stake leaves your wallet by a transaction you sign yourself, and every payout is made by the on-chain program directly to the winner.
- If you lose your key or seed phrase, your funds are gone and nobody — including us — can recover them.
- If you send funds to the wrong address, we cannot reverse it.
5. Fees
A platform fee of 5% is taken from the pot of a decided round, on-chain, at the moment of settlement. A tie or a draw refunds both stakes and is charged no fee at all. The fee is taken at the rate in the program's configuration at the moment of settlement. The current rate is always readable on-chain and shown in the app; if we change it, we announce the change in the app in advance, and it applies to rounds settled after it takes effect — a round still open when the change lands settles at the new rate. A round that has already settled is never touched. You also pay the ordinary Solana network fee and a small, refundable account rent for the rounds you open, both of which go to the network, not to us.
Rewards, rebates and invites. Part of our fee share comes back to players as rebates, invite rewards, daily-quest bonuses and a weekly prize for the top of the profit board. The current rates, thresholds, minimum payout and payout day are shown in the app. Rewards are paid from our fee share; they are never part of a pot and never a stake. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next payout. We may withhold or reverse a reward where a wallet has broken section 8 — collusion and multi-wallet abuse in particular.
6. Fairness, and how you can check it
Before a round opens, the server commits to a secret seed by publishing its hash on-chain. When the outcome is locked in, the program itself records a future slot; the result is then derived from the revealed seed together with that slot's block hash, which the program reads from the chain. We cannot choose it, and we cannot know it in advance. The seed is published at settlement, so anyone can recompute any result from public data. Sealing that block hash into the round is permissionless — any player can do it, which is what stops us from stalling a round we do not like.
7. What can go wrong
- Blockchain risk. Congestion, outages, forks or validator behaviour can delay or fail a transaction. A transaction that fails still costs its network fee.
- Software risk. The programs are unaudited at launch. Bugs are possible, and a bug can cost money.
- Timeouts. If you abandon a round in progress, the program plays out your side by a fixed, published rule and settles without you.
- Tables nobody joins. A table you opened stays open until you take it back yourself: once a short cooldown has passed the app offers a cancel, and your stake returns to your wallet in that transaction. We do not cancel it for you.
- Leaving a round. Once a duel has been joined, or a pool round has locked, the stakes sit in the program until our service reveals the seed and the round settles; there is no early exit for either player, and only our service holds the seed. The self-service tools in the app — cancelling a table nobody joined, sealing the slot hash yourself, and "collect it myself" for money the program already owes you — only move funds the program has already released or can release without us.
- Availability. We may take a game or the whole service down for maintenance. Rounds already in flight are always allowed to settle.
- Volatility. SOL's value against any currency can move sharply. We have no control over that.
8. What you must not do
- Exploit a bug rather than reporting it; play with automation intended to gain an unfair edge; or interfere with settlement.
- Collude with another player against a third, or run multiple wallets to do so.
- Use the app to launder money or to move the proceeds of crime.
- Attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service in order to break it.
- Set a display name or picture that is illegal, hateful, or impersonates somebody else.
We may refuse service to, or block, a wallet that does any of this. Doing so never takes money that a round has already awarded you.
9. No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or for losses caused by the blockchain, your wallet, your device, your network, or your own choices in a game. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for our own fraud.
10. Gambling can be addictive
If the way you are playing stops feeling like a choice, stop and get help. Resources are available worldwide — for example BeGambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous. You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your wallet and uninstalling it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top always says when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. Changes never apply retroactively to a round that has already settled.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes will be handled by the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13. Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on a device you own or control, for your own use and under these terms. You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense or redistribute the app, except for open-source components under their own licences. The app may update itself: it installs new versions from the store and may fetch updated JavaScript from our server over the air. We may end this licence, and block a wallet, if you break section 8; the on-chain programs are a separate matter and stay callable by anyone, so a round already in progress can always be settled.
14. Third-party services
Your wallet app (for example Seed Vault, Phantom or Solflare), the Solana network, the RPC provider, block explorers and the app store you installed from are run by others under their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do, including a wallet declining to sign or a network failing to confirm.
15. Miscellaneous
If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the app. You may not assign your rights under them; we may assign ours to whoever takes over the service, and will say so on this page. Where the English and Chinese versions differ, the English version prevails.

安装或使用 SolRoyale（下称"本应用"）即表示你接受本条款。不接受就请不要使用。本应用由 Antcat1337（下称"我们"）运营。本条款同时是本应用软件的最终用户许可协议（EULA），第 13 条就是许可本身。
2. 谁可以玩
- 你必须年满 18 周岁，或所在地的法定成年年龄（取更高者）。
- 你不得身处或常住于禁止此类投注的司法辖区。判断这是否包括你，是你自己的责任， 不是我们的；当地法律高于本条款的任何文字。
- 你不得属于受制裁对象或受限人员名单。本服务拒绝来自全面制裁国家的新对局，也可能对得知禁止此类游戏的其它地区加以拒绝；未被拒绝并不代表你所在地区允许。
- 你必须使用自己的钱包，并为自己游玩。
- 首次打开应用时，你需要勾选确认以上各项属实，并接受本条款与隐私政策；不确认就无法使用应用。
3. 本应用到底是什么
六个玩法，全部由 Solana 链上的程序结算：
- 翻币对赌、爬塔对战、21 点——两名玩家对赌，投入相同，赢家拿走奖池减去平台手续费。
- 幸运转盘、矿区、乐透——彩池玩法，奖金来自其他玩家的投入。
每个玩法的规则在应用内该玩法页面里写明，并由链上程序强制执行，不由我们裁定。 你是在和其他玩家对赌，不是和庄家：我们的程序在正式网络上从不参与任何一边的下注。
4. 非托管：你的钥匙，你的钱，你的风险
- 我们从不保管、控制或接触你的私钥、助记词和资金。
- 每一笔投入都通过你自己签名的交易离开钱包；每一笔赔付都由链上程序直接付给赢家。
- 一旦你丢失私钥或助记词，你的资金就没了，任何人——包括我们——都找不回来。
- 如果你把钱转到了错误的地址，我们无法撤销。
5. 费用
分出胜负的一局，会在结算时于链上从奖池中抽取 5% 的平台手续费。平局或和局退还双方投入， 不收取任何费用。手续费按结算那一刻程序配置里的费率收取。当前费率随时可在链上读到，应用内也会显示；若日后变更，我们会提前在应用内公告， 变更生效后结算的对局按新费率——变更落地时还没结算的那一局也是。已经结算的对局不受任何影响。此外你还要支付 Solana 的常规网络手续费，以及为你开的对局账户预付的少量租金—— 这两项都归网络，不归我们，租金在对局结束时退回。
奖励、返利与邀请。我们手续费收入的一部分会以返利、邀请奖励、每日任务奖金和周榜奖金的形式回到玩家手里。 当前的比例、门槛、起付线和发放日以应用内显示为准。奖励从我们的手续费份额里出，从不是奖池的一部分，也从不是赌注。 未到起付线的余额顺延到下次发放。若某个钱包违反第 8 条——尤其是串通和多钱包滥用——我们可以扣留或撤销奖励。
6. 公平性，以及你怎么自己验证
一局开始前，服务器先把随机种子的哈希写上链，等于提前承诺。当结果被锁定时，程序自己记下一个未来的槽位； 结果由公开的种子和那个槽位的区块哈希共同推导，而哈希由程序从链上直接读取。我们选不了它，事先也算不出它。 种子在结算时公开，所以任何人都能用公开数据复算任何一局的结果。把那个区块哈希封存进对局这一步是无需权限的， 任何玩家都能做——这正是让我们无法拖延一局不利结果的机制。
7. 可能出什么问题
- 区块链风险。网络拥堵、中断、分叉或验证者行为都可能让交易延迟或失败。失败的交易同样要付网络手续费。
- 软件风险。上线时程序未经第三方审计。可能存在缺陷，而缺陷可能造成损失。
- 超时。如果你中途离开一局，程序会按公开且固定的规则替你打完并结算。
- 没人加入的桌子。你开的桌子会一直开着，直到你自己收回：过了短暂的冷却期后，应用里会出现撤桌按钮，赌注在那笔交易里回到你的钱包。我们不会替你撤。
- 中途退出。对赌桌一旦有人加入、彩池的一局一旦锁定，本金就留在程序里，等我们的服务揭示种子、这一局结算；双方都不能提前退出，而种子只有我们的服务持有。应用里的自助工具——撤掉没人加入的桌子、自己封存 slot 哈希、把程序已经欠你的钱「自己领回」——只能动程序已经放出、或者不需要我们就能放出的钱。
- 可用性。我们可能因维护关闭某个玩法或整个服务。已经开始的对局永远允许结算完成。
- 币价波动。SOL 兑任何货币的价格都可能剧烈变动，这不在我们控制之内。
8. 你不得做的事
- 发现缺陷不报告而加以利用；使用旨在取得不公平优势的自动化程序；或干扰结算。
- 与他人串通针对第三方，或为此操控多个钱包。
- 利用本应用洗钱或转移犯罪所得。
- 攻击、超载或逆向本服务以使其失效。
- 设置违法、仇恨性或冒充他人的昵称与头像。
对做出上述行为的钱包，我们可以拒绝服务或封禁。但这绝不会拿走某一局已经判给你的钱。
9. 免责声明与责任限额
本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，对于利润损失、机会损失， 以及由区块链、你的钱包、你的设备、你的网络或你自己在游戏中的选择所导致的损失，我们不承担责任。 本条不排除依法不能排除的责任，包括我们自身欺诈行为的责任。
10. 赌博可能成瘾
如果你玩的方式已经不再像是一种选择，请停下并寻求帮助。各地都有可用的求助渠道，例如 BeGambleAware 和 Gamblers Anonymous。 你随时可以断开钱包并卸载应用来停止使用。
11. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款，顶部的日期总是说明更新时间。变更后继续游玩视为接受。变更绝不追溯适用于已经结算的对局。
12. 适用法律与争议解决
本条款适用 中国香港特别行政区 的法律，争议由 中国香港特别行政区 的法院管辖。
13. 应用使用许可
我们授予你一项个人的、非排他、不可转让、可撤销的许可：在你拥有或控制的设备上安装并使用本应用，仅供自用，并受本条款约束。 除开源组件按其各自许可外，你不得复制、修改、出售、再许可或再分发本应用。本应用会自行更新：从商店安装新版本，也可能从我们的服务器 在线拉取更新后的 JavaScript。若你违反第 8 条，我们可以终止本许可并封禁钱包；链上程序是另一回事，它们始终可被任何人调用，所以进行中的对局总能结算完成。
14. 第三方服务
你的钱包应用（例如 Seed Vault、Phantom、Solflare）、Solana 网络、RPC 服务商、区块浏览器以及你安装本应用的商店， 都由他人按各自的条款运营。我们不控制它们，也不对它们的行为负责，包括钱包拒绝签名或网络未能确认交易。
15. 其他
本条款的某一部分若被认定不可执行，其余部分仍然有效。本条款与隐私政策构成你我之间关于本应用的全部约定。 你不得转让你在本条款下的权利；我们可以把我们的权利转让给接手本服务的人，并会在本页说明。中英文版本不一致时，以英文版为准。
